Paneer tartare

Tartare is a raw dish, usually chopped finely and mixed with a variety of seasonings. Steak tartare, tuna tartare, salmon tartare are all tartare dishes often serves as appetizers around the world. 

For the vegetarians, let's make paneer tartare. 

What do you need ? 

✓ Paneer- finely diced 
✓ onion - finely diced 
✓ salt
✓ extract of half a lemon 
✓ red chili flakes 
✓ piri piri seasoning
✓ pickled cucumbers 
✓ olive oil 

How to make it ? 

Start by emulsifying olive oil, lemon juice, chili flakes and piri seasoning.

Add salt. 

Add the onions , pickled cucumbers. 

Add the finely diced paneer and give it a good mix. 

There you have it. The most easiest paneer dish ever. You can enjoy it with some potato chips, or can just eat it as a salad. You can stuff it on your sandwiches, dosa and rotis. You can also add some boiled groundnuts or chickpeas for that extra protein.
