As I am suffering from bloating...

 This is was the reason I had to give my Professor, for taking leave of absence. 

Bloating and gastric problems have been there all my life. Those gastric burps, annoys me a lot. 

Now, I have pledged myself this new year to control bloating and gastric problems. 

What do I do ?

  • Hitting the gym regularly - working out my lats, relieve the gastric locked within the muscles to a greater extent. 
  • Drinking herbal tea - such as lemongrass ginger tea, lemon mint tea and so on.
  • Trusting age-old kashayams - often overlooked, by today's Gen Zs like me, our grandmas kashayams which includes cumin, fennel, ajwain are a wonder in relieving bloating.
  • Trying massages for both body and face - many facial and body massaging techniques are available on youtube, following those massages regularly really do make a difference. 
These are the things I am doing currently to relieve from gastric problems, apart from this I make sure I always stay hydrated and do take short walks here and then.
