INGREDIENTS
- 1 Cucumber, peeled and sliced
- Black olives, sliced
- Yogurt - plain
- Seasonings - salt, pepper, piri piri, cumin powder
PROCESS
- Arrange the cucumber slices on a platter.
- In a bowl, add the yogurt, and the all seasonings, according to your taste preference.
- Add a spoon of the seasoned yogurt , on each slice of the cucmber.
- Add a slice of black olive on top.
